Solving Email Issue in Make with API Call to Flowlu

Hi everyone, I'm here to share a solution to a problem I encountered while using Make and Flowlu. I was trying to use the Flowlu module to create a new contact using 'Create an Account'. However, I noticed that there was no email field. After checking the Flowlu documentation, I found out that the email usage is deprecated. So, to store email data, I needed to use 'Make an API Call'.

I followed the documents and tried it myself. But I wasn't sure where I was going wrong because the email still could not save to the contact.

After some trial and error, I realized that the documentation requires the contents to be placed within the Body schema. However, in the 'Make an API Call', I had included them in the Query section.

To solve this, I reviewed and attempted the request again, this time by including the necessary information in the Body section as per the Documentation guidelines. And voila, it worked! Now the email can link to the contact in Flowlu.

I hope this solution helps other Make.com users if they experience a similar challenge. Remember, the key is to include the necessary information in the Body section when making an API call. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification.
