Solving Bubble.io Error 405 for Make.com Users

Problem: A user was trying to set up a Bubble module “Create the Bulk of New Data Things” but it always returned the following error: RuntimeError [405] Unrecognized method. Currently supported: post. The user had tried using the GET method without success and was unsure of how to proceed. Solution: The error was implying that Make was not using the “POST” HTTP Method to talk to Bubble. It was suggested to change the “Trigger workflow with” to “GET” in Bubble.io, and then retry the module from Make.com. If that didn’t work, try changing it to “PUT” in Bubble.io and then retry again from Make.com. However, this did not resolve the issue. The user was then advised to add a step to their Bubble workflow and list all their data types. The user finally resolved the issue by setting the privacy rules on the table allowing creation from APIs. This was not needed by the automation software the user was using, so it was not immediately apparent. Make just works differently, but all was good in the end. The user was then asked to mark their own reply as the solution on this forum to help other visitors facing the same problem.
