Overcoming Twitter API v2 Image Attachment Limitations

Recently, many users have been experiencing a problem with the new Twitter API v2 update. The issue is that they can't seem to attach an image with the Create Tweet function anymore. This has left many users wondering if this is a limitation from API v2 or if the option was forgotten to be added.

Unfortunately, this has been a limitation of Twitter since Elon Musk bought it. From now on, you can only create a tweet of 280 characters maximum. If you want to add an image or anything else, you have to get the Basic API at 100€/month. This can be really annoying but it's the current situation we have to deal with.

However, there is a workaround to this problem. You can connect your Twitter via the following steps:

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3
  4. Step 4
  5. Step 5

After this, you can use the HTTP module to get a file and connect it to your Twitter V5 version, which is then connected to your V6 version via map media ID.

In conclusion, while the new Twitter API v2 update has brought about some limitations, there are still ways to work around these issues. It may take a bit more effort and possibly some additional costs, but it's possible to continue using Twitter as you did before the update.
